Just a short stroll around town is a great morning exercise, 2851 steps 😶
Oh, do you ever get that feeling, that moment when you miss one step on the stairs, and you think you're about to die?
Be aware of those here 😉🤣

We tried many times to get a shot of Zlarin without sun but it is almost impossible since this island is one of the sunniest on the Adriatic. With its long coast and many bays, it our favourite swimming location!

Visiting Krapanj and learning about 300 years old tradition of diving, first without any equipment and then, in 19th century with heavy diving suits and bronze helmets, makes us want to dive in deep ourselves. They say the silent world quiets the mind. Do you dive? How do you feel under water?

We are constantly surprised how many people from our area have never been on Krapanj island! One of them is , former Croatian national team swimmer, national champion, swim coach and kinesiology student. Our sprint camp finally brought him here!
You can see how excited he is to work again with his former coach Goran... 🤣🤣🤣
What can we say , respect your "elders" 🤣🤣🤣

After a short walk in Prvic Luka and great lunch at Konoba Nanini, it's time for another sprint training.
We thought about leaving them lads on the island, but they were just too quick. Better luck next time, see you later Prvic ❤
