Kay Neale’s final event was the mixed platform synchro with Yal Bashtbavi, securing the bronze medal with a combined age of over 125 years!! But look at those guns 👀 💪🏻💙❤️

Team Scotland in the synchro again!! This time Kay Neale partnered with Jo Skinner and they were a brilliant duo, scoring 6th and featuring an extra special team handshake - well done girls ✨💪🏻💙❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Congratulations to Kay Neale for another fantastic event. It was up to the platforms this morning and Kay dived beautifully to secure another silver medal - that 10m arm stand 🫶🏻 💙❤️

With a very last minute pairing, we ended the day with the 3m Hat Synchro. This was a long event after a long day in the sun and Kay Neale and Tom Chambers went out finishing 19th with only a couple of practice dives as prep. Well done guys!!

Summer has started!!

That’s us on holiday for 4 weeks. A massive well done to all of our divers for their hard work and commitment this year so far - we’ve loved seeing you develop and most of all we’ve loved seeing you have fun!

There is no training until we start back on Wednesday 5th August and Saturday 8th August. Please do remember to let us know if you can’t make any of the sessions when we get started again - numbers have an impact on the coaching staff!

A huge thank you to our coaches and committee members for their continued hard work!

Thanks to all who came, it was a lovely afternoon.

We have one more week of diving before our summer break. Please remember that if you/your diver is not coming to any session, we would really appreciate it if you could give us as much notice as possible as it could impact staffing for the session.

We hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend and we look forward to one more week of diving before a well-earned rest! 🤩❤️💙
