Just a difference of 11 pounds but a huge difference in the overall physique.
Just the kind of progress we look for.

Even a sustainable diet requires discipline, just by calling it sustainable doesn’t make it easy.
And that’s what my client has focused on from day 1 and we have a long way to go from here.

I have no clue what my BF% is but it’s sub 20% which is good enough for me.

The most under-utilised exercise for legs?
Leg press.

Most people will load up this machine to it’s full capacity and push out partial reps screaming BEAST in the mind, that’s ego lifting.

1/3-1/2 of that weight with a full ROM will get you better results and your joints will thank you.

Say No to that absolutely absurdity of partial reps, drop your ego, try this out once and feel the difference.

Still working on improving my ROM.
