Roko Stipanovic won a SILVER MEDAL🥈on 4.7 World chamoionship which finished yesterday in Kingston, Canada.💪💪👏👏🙂
After 6 days of intense championship and 11 races Roko made 5 bullets and showed his great performance and made us all really proud to see silver medal around his neck.
Roko said:“ I started championship really good with 3 wins and was trying to keep these momentum as long as I could. I was feeling really good. In the end I was close to winning the championship but some small mistakes put me in 2nd place overall. These is my best personal result in my career and Im so proud of it. I want to use this opportunity to thank everyone that was supporting me during these years, at first my mother and father together with all family, coaches Jure Divjakinja, Daniel Mihelic and Tomislav Martinovic. Big thanks also to my Y.C. Croatia-Opatija, Mihelic-Kliba Coaching and all my training partners who helped me to achieve this dream. Thank you all!“
Big congratulations also to winner Nicollo Nordera and Gasper Strahovnik on taking bronze.
In girls fleet great job for Anja Von Allmen and her coach Damir Nakrst winning gold. Also to our neigbour girls Nika Manestar and Ursula Balas doing great job finishing 6th and 9th overall. Well done all! 💪💪👏👏🙂

European championship in Laser 4.7 has finished. After 6 days of intense sailing and lots of ups and downs in finals our team memeber Roko Stipanovic finished on 9th place out of 267 competitors.
Well done Roko! 💪💪👏 👏
Congratulations also to Ursula Balas who finished 2nd overall in Girls fleet.💪💪👏👏 Hope to see you again on top of leader board on next big events! 🤞

After leading the first day on European championship in Hyeres with places 1. & 2. Roko Stipanovic continued to sail consistent today with 2. & 4. place. Currently sitting on the 4th place out of 267 competitors. Good opening for our sailor. Let see what tomorrow brings!

Last weekend member of our team Roko Stipanović participated on Europa cup regatta in Torbole, Italy. After four days of sailing and five races Roko finished on 2nd place. 🥈👏Here is what Roko and coach Jure said.
Roko:”I enjoyed regatta and I wasnt t focused on the result so much cause my objective are europans in Hyeres next week so I used this opportunity to work on my things.”
Jure:”That was our last regatte before europeans and good preparation as well.
Roko was sailing pretty consistent last two bigger regattas and we are happy about it.”

Europeans both for 4.7 and radial youth are getting closer. Everyone is working hard and preparing for their peak of season. After europa cup in Hyeres and easter youth Malcesine regatta our team participated on national training camp in Betina last week. Nice place, perfect condtions and for sure great fun on the water. Big thanks to JK Zal Betina on their great hospitality. Looking forward to come there and enjoy the place again.🙂👌⛵️

Really enjoyed last two successful weekends in Opatija and P**a with good training in between.
At first racing in challenging chilling condition on Cup Opatija, nicely suprised by Marijan Mavar 🥇to take a win in Radial after only two months of sailing in new rig and our long term training partner Niccolo Nordera🥇 dominating in 4.7.
Luckily the weather changed after, temperature went up and everyone enjoyed conditions that P**a offered.
Amazed by the biggest laser fleet ever seen on St.Nicolas race with more than 150 boats and being able to sail 6 races in 3 days.
Congratualtion to Niccolo Nordera🥇 winning again, and Roko Stipanovic🥉 finishing 3rd overall.
Well done also for guys that joined our team, Valerio Palamara and Gasper Strahovnik finishing 4th and 5th overall in radial fleet.
Big thanks to ex-laser sailors Ivo Kalebic that helped us with support on the water and Tina Mihelic for different perspective view and feedback during training days!
Looking forward for good racing on EC in Hvar in the end of December!
