🌞 Good morning everyone! ☕️

Day 3 is here 🙌 - we survived the worst heat, and today there are 2 more chances for getting into the final for intermediate and large, and one more for small and medium! 🏅

🚨🚨🚨 In order for things to run as smooth as possible, we kindly want to ask you 2 important things. 🚨🚨🚨

1️⃣ If you plan to skip a run (saving energy for final) - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏🙏🙏 let the steward with the tablet know at the beginning of the run❗️ Everything will run much faster if we don't have to search for people that are not there.

2️⃣ Please, limit your repetitions and training time on the courses. ⏱️🤏 Yesterday there was A LOT of time wasted due to many repetitions, and we don't want to be forced to forbid any kind of training. There is rain predicted for the evening 🌧⚡️ and we would love to be able to finish everything before that - no one wants to run in the rain! 😔

🔥 All that being said, once again million time thanks to all the helpers and every single person that selflessly devoted their time and energy to keep this competition going. 🤗❤️ You are the best! 🫰
