想要突破運動瓶頸，關鍵就在於解鎖身體的「核心動力鏈」！
喺 EFX24 元朗順利舉行嘅 Sport Performance Workshop 運動表現工作坊 已經圓滿結束！
多謝各位會員同非會員嘅熱情參與，見到大家都非常投入！🔥

這次工作坊我哋非常榮幸邀請到現役香港15人欖球代表隊成員 David Tang 教練 擔任導師🧑‍🏫

David 憑著豐富嘅專業運動員經驗同頂尖認證技術，帶領大家完成了4大核心訓練：
1️⃣ 髖屈肌動態訓練：釋放髂腰肌張力
2️⃣ 單腿髖鉸鏈穩定訓練：重建「髖主導」發力模式
3️⃣ 胸椎開放式旋轉激活：解鎖上半身旋轉自由度
4️⃣ 全身旋轉力量整合訓練：建立從腳到肩嘅完整動力鏈

大家都可以學到點樣改善「髖關節緊過條褲」嘅問題，仲搵到更有效率、更少代價嘅發力感覺！
