Just as I’m frozen, my coach glides over: ‘No wait—grab two dumbbells and do the same move aside, just as brutal!’
Me: ??? Fine... but why is the female coach in the background throwing dance moves like it’s a party? Is this a gym or a Friday night club? 💃🏻

未上Foundation Reformer之前，仲諗：碌床啫，有幾難？
點知一上堂⋯⋯先知自己諗多咗😂
望落好優雅好輕鬆，做落個核心震到就嚟散。
碌吓、拉吓、控制吓，原來細細力嘅動作先最攞命。
但做完成個背脊都鬆晒，好似俾人按摩完咁。

我哋 仲有勁多堂任上，
想一齊試吓呢張「有性格嘅床」？

Before trying Foundation Reformer, I thought: “It’s just gliding on a bed, how hard can it be?”
Then I got on it... turns out I was wrong😂
Looks elegant and easy, but my core was trembling like crazy.
Gliding, pulling, controlling — who knew such small movements could be so deadly?
But after class, my whole back felt so loose, like I’d just had a massage.
