LA SPORTIVA ULTRA FISH N SHEEP 2025 – Post-Match Report
A heartfelt thank you to all our Fish N Sheep fans for walking with us into our fifth year. Every edition brings familiar faces and new ones together at the start and finish lines — and we’re truly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us over the years.
To mark our 5th anniversary, we introduced the all-new 75KM “Black Grass Sheep” route — a brutal challenge with tight cut-off times that demanded grit, strategy, and serious determination. It was designed for those brave enough to take on the mountain and chase the clock.
Our 50KM category continued to offer the “Early Sheep” wave, giving runners a chance to soak in more race atmosphere and receive encouragement from fellow participants along the way — a little boost to help them push through to the finish.
The 28KM route, stretching from Shing Mun Reservoir to the YMCA Junk Bay Youth Camp, remained a favorite for newcomers to trail running and speed chasers alike — fast, scenic, and deceptively tough.
Race day on Saturday turned out to be hotter than expected, and we saw runners cramping, struggling, and still pushing through with incredible resolve. That final killer climb before the finish? Unforgettable. Huge congratulations to everyone who dug deep and made it to the end — you earned every step.
This year, we mobilized over a hundred volunteers and helpers. Plans may change, but their dedication never wavered. They stepped up, filled gaps, and kept the race running smoothly. Let’s give a massive round of applause to every single volunteer — you were the backbone of this event.
We’ll see you all again at the 6th edition of Fish N Sheep. Until then, keep running wild.
