Energy Fight(以下簡稱EF)成立於2010年，成立宗旨以積極推廣和普及Shoot Boxing運動為己任，透過籌備本地及國際賽事，為搏擊運動員提供一個公平、公正、公開及高水平的運動平台。
本會自成立以來致力培育本地搏擊運動員，同時甄選及培訓有潛質搏擊運動員參加海外國際賽事，藉以提升本地搏擊運動的整體水平，為港增光。Energy Fight系列已舉辦超過十年本地排名賽及國際腰帶賽，旨加强本地運動員與其他國家或地區拳手的交流與友誼。 Enery Fight 旨在推動本港搏擊運動的發展。
Energy Fight的賽例主要根據下列世界性搏擊協會認受之標準而行：

期望本地搏擊運動將會有突破性發展，Energy Fight 及 中國香港綜合搏擊運動總會MCSF 攜手致力發掘及多方位培訓更多優秀人才，令其有更光明未來及充滿信心迎接挑戰，有助建立更和諧共融社會。
Energy Fight is held by MCSF since 2010, aims to promote the mixed combat sports, and provide a new platform for all potential athletes to participate more competitions to gain their experience. Also, we wish to help the youth who show talent and passion in combat sports to exchange competing experiences, as well as providing a platform for them to make use of what they have learnt, encouraging them to strive for their goals and prepare for future challenges. Energy Fight is insisting to hold competitions each year and creates a chance for the peoples in different types of martial art to exchange their expertise to each other. It can nurture talents to have a clear goal in combats sports and cultivate new generation. Energy Fight's rule is based on the world authorized organization:
