喺泰國學自由潛水時問教練全世界邊度學freediving最好，教練話埃及紅海，之後就膽粗粗自己一個走去埃及「浸鹹水」。 曾經認為自由潛水嘅樂趣在於不停挑戰深度突破自己，宜家覺得真正嘅樂趣係享受喺水底嘅每一秒，同埋幫到每一位學生發掘自己嘅潛能。 自由潛水唔係特異功能，只係一個需要啲時間去練習同發掘嘅人體潛能。
