"We are the best team."Awesome day on the competition mats today. Kids digging deeper then they ever believed they could. Competition mats shows no mercy to those we don't come prepared. Kids learn so much about themselves and the limits their own minds plays on them. How it teaches them, to push past those fears, limits we create in our heads and finding out how amazing they truly are, when they come out the other side (win or lose). Combat sports is hardest and most challenging position to be in as a kid but most rewarding.
