阿孝曾是拳擊界的新星,獲獎無數。

他的教練,也是他的父親海叔。海叔一直經營舊派拳館,時移世易,老拳館難敵新派健身室,學拳人數江河日下。父親將所有希望壓在阿孝身上,望他能為拳館再振聲威。可是,父親的嚴苛訓練,卻成為他的壓力重擔,阿孝更因此而染上毒癮,狀態每況愈下。

父親粗暴式迫使阿孝戒毒,最终並沒有成功,父子間的關係更進一步決裂。孝出走,流落街頭,過著露宿者的生活。最後,有幸遇上「朋輩輔導員」阿偉,他以過來人的身分盡心盡力去幫助阿孝,更讓兩父子之間的心結得以解開。
