今日示範 SLT 交叉手（轉力、封線、控制） 同 CK 沉橋交叉手（沉壓、奪橋、壓制） 喺黐手入面嘅實戰應用。
SLT 交叉手用角度化力，將對方直線壓力 轉走；
CK 沉橋交叉手用肘線沉壓，直接 奪橋壓制 對方。
整段示範我只用：
標指（BJ 手）＋掌法（Palm Strike）
展示 Practical Wing Chun 最直接、最乾淨嘅反擊方式：
封線 → 控制 → 反擊

A clean demonstration of SLT Crossing Hand (Divert & Control) and CK Chum‑Kiu Sinking Bridge (Sink & Control) inside Wing Chun Chi Sau.
SLT Crossing Hand uses angle and structure to redirect pressure and control the line.
CK Sinking Bridge applies elbow sinking force to suppress the opponent’s bridge, remove structure, and shut down counter‑attacks.
For the counter‑attack, I only use:
Biu Jee Finger Strike + Palm Strike
to show Practical Wing Chun’s direct, simple, and efficient finishing method:
