香港飛環總會 Hong Kong YOU.FO Association It can be played freestyle in parks, on beaches or on city squares. The official competition game YOU.FO Zone is mixed-gender, non-contact.

But, it can also be played as a team game (3vs3 / 4vs4 / 5vs5) on existing sports fields or even indoors in a gym.

今次我哋走入南亞裔社區同南亞裔同學仔一齊玩You.Fo 🥳

雖然大家都來自唔同國界，言語溝通各有不同，當教練進行講解時同學們未能夠完全理解，但當教練同同學一齊拎起技桿做動作嘅時候，就大家好似有種共通語言咁，教練做完一次示範同學就完明白。👍🏻

呢個就係運動嘅魅力😎，言語未必能夠完全表達理解，但當做同一樣運動嘅時候，就成為橋梁打通對話障礙彼此理解，等同於奧運所有人都嚟自唔國家，但係同一個競技場上，無分國籍身份互相切磋技藝。
