Class WCH：13/F, One Island South, 2 Heung Yip Rd, Wong Chuk Hang

The course is designed based on British Gymnastics proficiency awards scheme to improve students’ abilities in various jumps, tumbling, and gymnastics shapes on the floor and beam. Learners’ body coordination, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and general sports performance will all improve as a result of their gymnastics skills improvement.

Students aged 6 to 12 in our five-day camp will be exposed to diverse elements including aerobic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and parkour. This allows participants not only to discover their own potential and interests, but also to cultivate discipline through fun and varied training environment.
