球會簡介
天水圍欖球會（Tin Shui Wai Rugby Football Club，下簡稱為TSWRFC）由一班對欖球充滿熱誠的運動員多年的籌劃，球隊選取天水圍作為基地，於2011-12年度首次在「香港本地欖球- 冠軍聯賽」參賽並奪得當屆冠軍。在2012-13年度保持以華人球員為主的方向升上「超級聯賽A組聯賽」角逐。而最終以升上最高水平組別-「香港超級聯賽」為目標。敝會希望藉此令更多新界西區的市民參與其中，體驗欖球運動的樂趣。

球會創立
天水圍欖球會成立於2011年，經過這麼多年的籌劃，終於組成了屬於自己，屬於土生土長的屬於社區的成人欖球隊。為天水圍以至整個新界西區提供更多參與欖球運動的機會。

2011-12年度 : 本會共派出兩支隊伍參加香港本地欖球聯賽，包括「冠軍聯賽」和「社區聯賽-發展組」。
2012-13年度 : 本會共派出兩支隊伍參加香港本地欖球聯賽，包括「超級聯賽A組

聯賽」和「社區聯賽-第三組別」。
2012-13年度 : 稍後公布。

球會宗旨
天水圍欖球會成立的兩大宗旨：「珍惜青年」及「回饋社區」。
敝會希望透過欖球幫助區內剛成年之青少年，透過欖球運動培養積極進取的正確人生觀，並且從運動中了解自己了解別人，從而協助改善區內問題。同心協力地發展天水圍，以至整個新界西區的欖球運動。

女仔落場一樣可以好 fierce、好 strong、好 powerful 🔥撞、跑、傳、踢，樣樣都得！
💪每一個球季，我哋都需要更多 sisters 一齊落場、一齊衝、一齊成長 💚一隊球隊要繼續進行同埋成長，都需要好多隊員嘅互相支持，去學習同練習更多嘅技巧同戰術，去應付每一場挑戰。
成人嘅世界唔容易 —— 我哋需要工作、需要應付生活種種嘅難題，更需要嘅係 work life balance ⚖️然而一隊打 15 人嘅球隊，同樣唔容易。場上 15 人，後備、練習、換人、應付受傷同請假，全部都要靠人手，所以一隊球隊真係需要多過 15 人先可以正常運作。正正因為咁我哋真係真係好需要更多球員去支持 🫶
我哋真心誠意招募 💚
無論你係：
🐣 完全未掂過欖球嘅 newbie
💼 想搵個運動 keep fit 又識到朋友
🔥 鍾意 team sport、想試下新嘢嘅 active girl
