Yesterdays session the kids ran 1 lap of Red Hill Peninsula which is 2000 meters.
Happy to report that everyone's fitness/endurance has improved and nobody walked the course.
They were asked not to race but to run the lap at a comfortable pace being able to hold a conversation.
We will be working some longer distances in the next few months while the weather cools to work on our endurance so these times will be smashed when we race it!
