Special session today with yoga warm-up and fitness training. Thank you Beloved Davinia for the joyful fitness training. Aiya... our arms and legs will feel it in the coming days!

Maggie will be traveling for the next two weeks and Beloved Davinia will be leading the fitness training sessions 7.30-8.30am on Sundays 21 and 28 April. Namaste and with so much Joy✨🦄

Yoga is a channel for us to communicate with the body and access its Spiritual Core. May our regular practice bring to us not only physical strength ,but also the mental power to focus and find Peace and Joy from within.

Also a Loving note that there will be no guided yoga training next Sunday 3 Feb 2019.
