Hong Kong Rowing Championships 19-20 December 2020 Organized by the Hong Kong China Rowing Association, the Hong Kong Rowing Championships is the biggest rowing event of the year.

戰略是在第四十四屆香港賽艇錦標賽 爭取佳績的重要一環，前港隊代表郭鈞庭(Kelvin sir)分享指，一場賽事的策略通常會劃分為三個階段：起步搶先、中段留力，以及尾段衝刺，希望有助大家達到目標。

To achieve a great result in the 44th Hong Kong Rowing Championships , strategy plays an important role. Former HK Representative, Kelvin Sir suggests there are usually three parts of tactics during a race: start(take the lead), midway(retain strength) and closing(sprint to the finish line) stages and hope it could help rowers to attain success.

要在第四十四屆香港賽艇錦標賽 取得佳績，前港隊代表郭鈞庭(Kelvin sir)強調要在指定熱身區做足熱身。首先，他指除了伸展運動外，還可以利用室內賽艇機進行四階段的低強度熱身。出賽前，Kelvin sir指在賽艇上也可以做三種技術性熱身，準備全力衝刺。

To perform your very best in the 44th Hong Kong Rowing Championships , making sure to get sufficient warm-up in warm-up areas is very important. Apart from stretching, we can utilize ergo machine to complete four stages of low-impact exercises. Former HK Representative, Kelvin Sir also suggests three technical warm-up exercises when you are on water. Good luck rowers.

Friendly reminder! It is the first time the 44th Hong Kong Rowing Championships includes International Small Boat Championship and the entry fee is free of charge. In a 2,000m Time Trial, athletes will complete in his/her individual capacity under their name and nationality and results will provide an overall ranking for all competitors.
