空拳柔術是現代韓國武術, 由創會會長康峻師範 建基於他的武術經驗創立於1996年。

" 空拳 " 意思是 徒手, 空手。 柔術是指投技, 鎖技及關節技。反向對手的力量從而製服他。 空拳柔術從遠距離至近距離徒手攻擊對手, 或防守擒拿對方。 空拳柔術其中一環就是混合式攻防技術。

" 空拳柔術 " 混合了自由搏擊, 合氣道, 空手道, 跆拳道等武術特性。 經過二十年的發展, 包括韓國, 美國, 德國, 加拿大, 越南及香港等地區也有空拳柔術的本部, 積極推廣" 空拳柔術 "。學員可參基礎班, 研習班, 導師班, 黑帶升段及到韓國總部參觀及練習。

" 空拳柔術" 多練習自衛術從而增加自信心, 增加自我控制能力及防身技術。

常規練習可增強忍耐力, 耐性, 速度, 韌力, 集中力及柔韌性。 冥想更是重要的練習。

" 空拳柔術 "練習其中另一個重點就是給練習者從練習中得到減壓, 達致身體心靈可放鬆。 同時是安全, 開心的現代武術。世界各國的練習者也十分認同這個方向 。
