同樣道理有人暫時着左魔，失去理智沒有自觀，你會唔會同人一般見識發脾氣？
其實基本上就冇分別，只係着咗魔個地步唔同，未曾覺醒，所以請不需要跟別人一般見識。每一刻都返番落自己個心裏面問自己真心，返番嚟當下，這裏才是你嘅能力嘅源頭，沒有需要再同外景糾纏落去。一切都是反影，搵返自己個初心就得，返返嚟當下，本來無一物，何時有塵埃？力量永遠已經在你心中，沒有過去或未來只有當下。放下活落去，放鬆豁出去。🔥❤️🔥

I am not back, I am always here waiting for you, I have never left.

Our soul is ever present if we learn to appreciate everything and expect nothing, to cherish more of who we are and what we have become rather than resent and regret about what we could have done better in the past.

Don’t be sad if anything seems to have gone, be glad that everything has happened so that you can utilise every experience to become all of who you can be. ❤️
