Fencing is back!!!

Whether you are a experienced fencer, or a stranger to the sport, we are happy to invite all students to this year’s team tryouts!

The tryouts will take place on the following dates at United College Gymnasium:

17th September, 8pm to 10pm
24th September, 8pm to 10pm

Equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

今年中大劍擊隊體驗日將於9月17及9月24日晚上8:00-10:00假聯合書院體育館舉行。無論是經驗豐富的劍手，或是從未試過的新手，我們都歡迎您參加。屆時我們將會提供劍擊器材，大家亦可以自攜裝備。

IMPORTANT‼️: Welcome back to campus!

The university just announced that normal training will resume back on campus! So we are excited to announce that this year's fencing team tryout for all three weapons (foil, epee & sabre) would take place at the Table Tennis Room, United College on 6th (Tue) and 8th Oct (Thur), from 19:00-21:00!

We welcome both interested newcomers and experienced fencers. Equipment will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own too!

Our friendly members can't wait to meet you face-to-face at the tryout! If you have any inquiries, feel free to message contact our captains Thomas (5405 9773) and Olga (9136 3303). See you all back on campus!

Welcome back! Despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, we are happy to announce that this year's fencing team tryout would take place on 15th Sept, from 19:30 to 20:30.
While we can not meet face-to-face at this time of the pandemic, the tryout session will be conducted through Zoom. The online tryout session includes basics fencing drills and exercises. No fencing equipment is needed. We welcome both interested newcomers to try out this attractive sport and experienced fencers to get ready for the new season! Interested CUHK students can fill in the google form below, we will send you the meeting links!

Long time no see! Since the school has started already, it is a perfect time to practice fencing !
This year fencing team tryout for all three weapons (foil, epee and sabre) would take place at the Table Tennis Room, United College on 12th and 17th Sept, from 1930 to 2130!

Regardless of your knowledge and experience to this sport, all are welcome! It would be the wonderful occasion for both interested newbies to try out this sports and experienced fencers to get back in form for the season. Equipment would be provided, but you are also welcomed to bring your own!
