Do you have a birth ball at home? It’s more than just a seat—NOT JUST BOUNCING! it‘s one of your best tools to prepare your body for a smoother natural labor.
唔少孕媽媽都會準備波,但除坐波之外,其實有很多動作可以幫助大家產前及生產時減輕負擔、幫助bb落盤!(強烈建議35週或之後先un波🙏🏻而且不是必須的)
Having taught prenatal yoga for nearly 4 years, I love incorporating the ball into class. 🥰 Here are some key movements designed to help you prepare, both mentally and physically, for birth.
1️⃣Supported Kneeling Lunge 跪姿弓步開髖
2️⃣Side Lunge Adductor Stretch 側邊弓步伸展
3️⃣Puppy Pose IR Anterior Pelvic Tilt 小狗式骨盆伸展
4️⃣Spine Rollout Puppy Pose 貓牛式脊椎伸展
5️⃣Supported Puppy Pose 小狗式伸展
6️⃣Supported Child Pose 跪姿趴球放鬆
7️⃣Pelvic Mobility (Rotation/U-Shape/8s) 骨盆流動練習
🔺練習時請確保地板防滑
🔺最好有家人在旁陪同或靠牆進行
🔺根據自己身體狀況調整幅度,不需勉強

增加骨盆空間,幫助寶寶進入正確胎位

減輕分娩時的壓力,縮短產程
Reduce labor pressure and help shorten the first stage of labor
