Fun fact 🤩
The Guinness World Record for the longest dead hang was achieved by K. Adachi from Japan with an incredible time of 80 minutes 41 seconds, over 1 hour and 20 minutes!

F45 Athlete Visit (Part 2)

Level 2 Coach Workshop unlocked 🔥

Throwing it back to two weeks ago, when our trainers immersed themselves in the Level 2 Coach Workshop alongside F45 Athletes Hoon and April. From technique breakdowns to leadership insights, it was a day full of growth, connection, and shared purpose.

We laughed, we learned, and we pushed each other, walking away stronger and more united as a team. The energy and passion in the room reminded us why we do what we do.

Huge thanks to Hoon and April for investing in our coaches. There’s no finish line when it comes to learning and improving, we’re just getting started!
