我們熱愛運動，同是來自香港中文大學體育運動科學系畢業的前中、小、大學體育老師及前港隊總教練。
希望藉著我們的專業知識和經驗，理論與實踐並重，給參加者另一層面的運動體驗。

We love sport. We were former physical education teacher in primary school, secondary school and university, and f

ormer Hong Kong rope skipping team head coach, graduated from the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Through combining theory and practice, together with our professional knowledge and experience, we hope to bring you a brand new sport experience.
