💡 Smart training beats hard training every single time.
半年前,這位學生帶著挫敗感找到我。她之前跟過兩位教練,但訓練時一直面對兩大痛點:嚴重的腰痛,以及完全找不到目標肌肉的發力感。
過去的教練告訴她:「腰痛是因為練得不夠」、「找不到感覺是因為重量不夠重」,甚至因為覺得她「肩胛骨不會活動」而主力只讓她練腿。
但在首堂試堂的評估中,我發現問題根本不在重量。我幫她調整了呼吸模式並激活核心發力,只是修正了幾個動作,她當下就立刻感受到了肌肉發力的感覺。
經過半年多的精準訓練,她的體態已經有了肉眼可見的增長。很多時候,身形的線條與體態轉變是數字無法反映的。
About six months ago, Kim came to me after training with two previous coaches. She was struggling with two major issues: persistent lower back pain and zero mind-muscle connection.
Previously, she was told that her back pain was due to a “lack of training,” that she couldn’t feel the muscles because “the weight wasn’t heavy enough,” and because of “poor scapular mobility,” her upper body was largely ignored.
However, during our initial assessment, I realized weight wasn’t the issue. By simply adjusting her breathing mechanics and engaging her core, she instantly felt the target muscles working within just a few reps.
Fast forward six months: the growth and definition in her muscles are undeniable. Scale weight doesn’t always reflect body composition changes. Training with the right methodology is the only way to achieve the results you actually want.
