翱翔體育會現正聲明， 黃浩明先生（Edwin Wong）與 鄧家威先生（Alex Tang）已不再是本會會員及教練。黃浩明先生與鄧家威先生在外之一切行為， 一律與本會無關。

本會已於7月3日、7月6日及7月8日，一共三次發電郵予香港三項鐵人總會， 表示本會對黃浩明先生及鄧家威先生的一切行為失當完全不知情，並再次聲明黃浩明先生及鄧家威先生在外的一切行為與本會無關。 但無奈地三鐵總會並未就本會有關的查問進行答覆。

7月10日，本會於香港三項鐵人總會網頁的公告得悉「翱翔體育會因嚴重違規，經香港三項鐵人總會執行委員會調查後，一致通過終止其屬會會籍並從註冊屬會名單中刪除，即日生效」，惟在7月10前，本會就被終止會籍一事，從未收到香港三項鐵人總會通知。

就以上事件，本會已將事件交予律師處理。由於事件處於法律程序，本會不會再對事件作出回應。

Statement
Soar Athletic Association (hereinafter “Association”) now declares that Mr. Wong Ho Ming（Edwin Wong） and Mr. Tang Ka Wai（Alex Tang） are no longer members and coaches of the Association. All conduct of Mr. Wong Ho Ming and Mr. Tang Ka Wai as between themselves have nothing to do with the Association.

Enquiries have been made by the Association by sending e-mails to the Hong Kong Triathlon Association in three occasions, namely on 3 July 2020, 6 July 2020, and 8 July 2020. In the e-mails, the Association also stated that the Association was completely unaware of all misconduct by Mr. Wong Ho Ming and Mr. Tang Ka Wai , and once again the Association declared that all conduct of Mr. Wong Ho Ming and Mr. Tang Ka Wai as between themselves have nothing to do with the Association. With great regret, the Hong Kong Triathlon Association did not respond to the relevant inquiries from the Association.

On 10 July 2020, the Associate learned that an announcement was made on the Hong Kong Triathlon Association’s website that " Notice is hereby given that Soar Athletic Association has been removed from Hong Kong Triathlon Association with immediate effect. The Executive Committee’s unanimous decision was based on the serious violation of rules by the club.” However, the Association has not received any notice from the Hong Kong Triathlon Association regarding the potential removal of the club membership of the Association before 10 July 2020.

In view of the abovementioned incident, the Association has sought legal advice and engaged solicitors to deal with the matter. As the matter is in the course of legal proceedings, the Association will no longer respond to the incident.
