HK DRAGONS DEMONSTRATION TEAM was first formed by Master Park Jun Gyu in late 2004. It comprises some of his most outstanding students and includes both children and adults. Since its inception, it has performed in numerous public events in Hong Kong with the aim to promote taekwondo and its values. "DO YOUR BEST AND BE THE BEST!", our club motto, summarises it all at the Team's special training,

where the hardest kicks and tricks of taekwondo are mastered. HK DRAGONS TAEKWONDO has established reciprocal relations with the following National Teams/City Teams/University Teams/Gymnasiums :

FREE TRIAL CLASS

Recently many people who had never had the habit of exercising regularly had come to us for a free trial. Almost all of them now attend our classes regularly and are pleased with themselves that they took action to take the trial class. We think they should be very proud of themselves. We all need to look after ourselves and to exercise regularly. There is no excuse not to.

Invitation to a Free Trial Class for Adults this Thursday, 6 May 2021, at 7:30pm (one-hour class)

We have students of all ages in our adults' classes. The age range of our students goes up to 60+. We have beginners in their 50s. We welcome students of any age to try our classes. It is never too late to begin learning taekwondo.

Free Trial Class for children/adults

We were delighted to see new adult students who said they never did any exercise whatsoever coming for the free trial class in our gym in Hunghom. They are now attending regular classes and are very happy. We think they should be proud of themselves. Everyone needs to do some form of regular exercise. Always make time for exercise. Find something that you love! Try taekwondo.

Dear students,

Due to the sudden surge in the number of cases of COVID-19 infection in Hong Kong over the last couple of days, the Hong Kong Government has issued new measures for "fitness centres" which our taekwondo gym also comes under. Starting from 00:00 today, 12 March 2021, for six days till Thursday, 18 March 2021, everyone in our gym will be required to wear a mask, even during class, except when drinking water. Kindly refrain from talking when your mask is off.
