Lean, mean, interior designing machine.. living room looks alright! For realz tho..it actually kills me when I speak to people who want to drop body fat, get lean, get shredded, whatever you want to call it and are afraid of carbs! Carbs don’t make you fat, you know what does? Overeating any food group! Eating to much protein can make you fat! So can eating to much fat! The best diet to get “shredded” is a healthy, whole foods, balanced diet involving all food groups 💯while eating in a calorie deficit!
That way, you’ll get the benefits of each macronutrient as well as eat in a sustainable, healthy way! And that doesn’t mean you have to only eat steamed vegetables and tofu too, you can eat everything! On that note, I have some epic recipes books on my website, both with over 40 recipes.
