๐๐๐ Happy 5th Birthday, Hey Lady! ๐๐๐
Weโre a little late posting, but we had a VERY good reason!
Weโve been busy celebrating the way we love to celebrate *most*โฆ
TOGETHER. In person.
With 9 team members and 42 community members who travelled to Mexico City from 5 different countries & 16 countries, for our third *official* international meetup! ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐
And looking around that room - at women who travelled from near and far, women who speak different first languages, women who had never met before and others who had been practising English regularly inside Hey Lady! for *years* - we couldnโt think of a better, more SPECIAL way to celebrate five years of Hey Lady!
Five years of building something we all believe in deeply.
Five years of helping women move from just *knowing* English to actually *using* it with confidence - at work, while travelling, to connect with their loved ones.
Five years of creating a safe and supportive space online where women can meet, speak, learn, belong and build genuine friendships across cultures and borders.
And five years of working towards our BIG mission:
To create one billion sparks. โจโจโจโจโจโจโจโจโจ
That is, one billion meaningful connections between women of different cultures.
