感謝J Sport訪問，讓香港空手道可以俾更多人認識，讓更多人知道香港空手道運動員可以喺世界賽拎獎。

Oswin 於4年前喺Raku開始佢嘅空手道之路，初初由興趣班學習基本功，然後好快就展開更認真嘅訓練，同Jack Sir 一對一嘅Private Class。喺練習中，Oswin 由零開始吸收空手道搏擊技術、思維及概念，一對一訓練嘅好處，係可以即時逐一調整，細微至每個動作嘅起動、連接同完成，Jack Sir都會解釋原因，同埋即時示範效果。即使有好嘅訓練內容，亦需要Oswin自己嘅努力同堅持，先可以將訓練轉化為成果，成為第二位香港隊空手道搏擊選手於世界空手道青少年超級聯賽進入決賽，取得亞軍。

3rd Asian Karate Youth Camp & Championship 2026
第三屆亞洲空手道青少年公開賽暨訓練營2026

一連五日嘅亞青公開賽及訓練營於杭州舉行，有星級選手同咁多位青少年分享技術同操練，Ethan 同Luffy以港隊成員身份參加，獲益良多。

Luffy 於Cadet組別，第一場勝出哈薩克選手，然後負於同樣來自哈薩克嘅選手，無緣決賽。最後季軍戰以4:0勝出，獲得季軍，踏上頒獎台。🥉🔥

Ethan 於14歲以下組別面對哈薩克選手，喺身型差別下未能有效counter對方嘅主動打法，首輪止步，我哋繼續努力。💪🏻

Karate One Youth League Manila 2026 - Oswin 🥈

Youth League 銀牌得主Oswin，馬尼拉站唯一一位香港選手闖入決賽，今次係Oswin第一次參加世界水平嘅比賽。

同組有8個地區嘅選手，Oswin喺首輪及4強賽事中，對手都率先得分，而獲得先手優勢，喺落後情況，Davi教練同Oswin都保持冷靜，觀察同分析得分策略，最終分別以3:1，4:0，5:4勝出頭3場賽事，進入決賽，對手係嚟自吉爾吉斯嘅選手。決賽中，同對手有來有往，對手對控制距離做得好好，而且進攻時機準確，Oswin最後不敵，取得亞軍，但已經係非常難得。

其實喺哩塊銀牌背後，Oswin付出努力唔少，佢曾經懷疑過自己，經歷過打極都拎唔到分，對得分失去信心。哩段時間教練陪佢一齊企返起身，每星期練5日，其中一日練三節時間，同時兼顧學業，經過一年多嘅練習與調整，重整心態同技術組合後，打法逐漸成形，表現亦趨穩定，哩段時間對於一位U14嘅青少年嚟講，絕對唔輕易。

Silver Medalist of the Youth League, Oswin, was the sole Hong Kong athlete made the final. With competitors from eight different regions in his group, this marked Oswin‘s first participation in a world-level tournament.

In both the opening round and the semi-final matches, his opponents scored first, gaining the advantage of priority. Facing a deficit, Coach Davi and Oswin both remained calm, observing and think about the opportunities to score. Ultimately, they won the first three matches with scores of 3:1, 4:0, and 5:4 respectively, advancing to the final against a competitor from Kyrgyzstan. The final was a back-and-forth contest, but the opponent controlled the distance excellently and had precise timing in his attacks. Oswin eventually succumbed, securing the runner-up position, which is still a very great achievement.

Actually, behind this silver medal, Oswub put in a lot of effort. He once doubted himself, going through a period where he struggled to score no matter how much he fought, losing confidence... During that time, we stay with him and get back on his feet. After more than a year of practice and adjustment, training five days a week with one of those days involving three sessions, and restructuring his mindset, his found his fighting style, and his performance became more stable. Additionally, simultaneously balancing his studies is truly not easy for a U14 youth athlete.

第13屆東亞空手道錦標賽 & Karate One Youth League Manila 2026 - Luffy

Luffy上個月喺日本名古屋代表港隊出戰東亞錦標賽，於季軍戰對上台灣選手，對方以上段及中段踢不斷進攻，Luffy沉著應戰，尋找機會得分，最終以3:0取得季軍。

今個月再出擊馬尼拉站Youth League，同組有14個地區嘅選手參加。Luffy於首輪勝出東道主菲律賓選手後，緊接遇上冠軍得主，先落後0:1，然後Luffy以兩次後手得分，打出2:1領先優勢，期後對手以後手counter追近2:2，勢均力敵，最後於雙方埋身肉搏時，Luffy後手打頭未能得分，而對手則以Uramawashi得分，最後以一腳之差，未能出線。進入復活賽，與印度選手拳來腳往，最後4:6，未能晉級，於24人中排名第9。

以第一次參加世界最高水平嘅聯賽嚟講，可以喺3場比賽中都可以拎到分，同冠軍分數咬住咬住，哩個表現教練絕對收貨。首先，選手水平高，對於距離嘅控制同反應係基本都唔錯，要拎到分唔係咁易。第二，Luffy喺之前啲比賽，佢打法比較保守，而且緊張令佢表現唔夠穩定，但睇最近嘅比賽，同埋喺Youth League嘅表現，基本上係無特別大嘅失誤，應該去就去，應該走就走，哩個係一個比賽思維更趨成熟嘅表現，係選手努力練習同實戰返嘅進步，係值得鼓勵同認可。

Last month, Luffy represented Hong Kong at the East Asian Championships in Nagoya, Japan. In the bronze medal match, Luffy stayed focused on defense while hunting for openings, ultimately securing a 3-0 victory to take home the bronze!

This month, he headed to the Youth League in Manila, competing against athletes from 14 regions. After defeating the host Filipino athlete in the 1st round, Luffy faced the eventual champion. Down 0-1, Luffy answered with two punches to take a 2-1 lead, before his opponent countered to tie it at 2-2. In the final close-quarter clash, Luffy’s head punch narrowly missed, and his opponent scored with an Uramawashi - missing out on advancing by just a single kick. In the repechage, he went toe-to-toe with an Indian athlete in a fierce 4-6 battle, finishing the 9th out of 24 athletes.

Karate One Youth League Manila 2026 - Ethan

Ethan參加嘅組別係U14 組手-45KG，喺首輪遇上身型較高嘅對手，不斷嘗試及尋找得分機會，可惜最後未能成功出線。對於教練嚟講，未能出線並唔係最重要，因為喺比賽報名時，我哋預計佢喺哩個組別將會面對兩個大難題 - 年齡差距及體型差距。年齡可以相差2年，體重可以相差5KG，喺Ethan哩個歲數嚟講，哩啲影響係唔細，而且發育時期，係好難控制體重，所以教練們係明白的。

咁哩個比賽有咩得著？第一，我哋見到Ethan勇敢越級挑戰，對佢嘅心理建設係有幫助；第二，喺比賽後，Ethan唔滿意自己表現，主動同教練檢討，哩個心態對之後嘅強化之路係好有幫助，教練可以俾方法你訓練技術，但最重要係你自己想要變強，有哩個諗法係比任何嘢都緊要，所以，地獄式訓練之門已經為你而開。😈

Competing in the U14 Kumite -45KG category, Ethan faced a taller opponent in the first round. He pushed hard, constantly searching for scoring opportunities, but unfortunately fell short of advancing.

As a coach, winning or losing wasn’t the point. While enrolment, we already knew he would be up against two major hurdles: age and size gaps. At this developmental stage, facing opponents who could be up to 2 years older or 5KG heavier makes a massive difference, and managing weight during growth spurts is no easy feat. We completely understand the challenge.

So, what did we gain from this tournament?

Courage: Ethan bravely stepped up to a higher division, which does wonders for mental toughness.

Mindset: Dissatisfied with his performance, Ethan took the initiative to discuss the match with us afterward. This hunger to improve is crucial for his growth. Coaches can provide the technical training, but the desire to get stronger must come from within - and that drive is worth more than anything.

So, get ready... the gates to “hell training” have officially opened. 😈

Karate One Youth League 2026 Manila

Karate One Youth League係由WKF舉辦最大型嘅青少年聯賽，雲集世界各地頂尖高手。今年，整個聯賽總共設有 6 個站。而啱啱圓滿結束嘅第三站 - 馬尼拉，總共有嚟自 58 個國家、867 位青少年強者踏上Tatami對決。

Team Raku 有Davi教練帶隊，與3位學員 - Ethan, Luffy 同 Oswin 一齊去到馬尼拉與世界級水平選手競技。

今次賽事嘅水平極高，對我哋嚟講係一次非常難得嘅經驗，更標誌著 Team Raku 登上世界級別嘅舞台。為記錄哩次特別嘅旅程同幾位成員嘅努力，我哋將會分 3 集出 Post 同大家分享。😁🤝

Organised by the WKF, the biggest youth league in the world, bringing together top talent from across the globe. This year, the league features a total of 6 stops worldwide. For Stop 3 in Manila, featuring 867 athletes from 58 countries who stepped onto the mats to compete.

Team Raku, led by Coach Davi, successfully completed the journey. Our 3 athletes - Ethan, Luffy, and Oswin, they went all out in Manila, testing their skills and competing hard against world-class opponents

With such a high level of competition, this is a rare and priceless experience for us, and it marks Team Raku’s very first time competing at this level. To capture this special journey properly, we will be sharing the highlights in a 3-part post series!

2025年全港空手道青少年大賽

繼續上一個post未提及嘅兩位學員，佢地係一對兄妹- Oswin與Ilithyia，都係喺4年前Raku成立後先開始學空手道堂。

阿妹Ilithyia 係第一次參加全港賽，同哥哥一樣，第一次打全港賽就奪得冠軍。比賽一開始，Ilithyia就以佢拿手嘅上段踢進攻，得到多次3分，最後奪冠。

阿哥Oswin最近一年調整技術及比賽思維，今年激戰4場闖入決賽，可惜未能奪冠，但教練見到Oswin於比賽中嘅表現更成熟，又嘗試更多嘅技巧同策略，節奏控制掌握得好，哩啲係我哋更想見到嘅表現，為日後更高強度嘅比賽打好基礎，而且於22人嘅組別中奪得亞軍實屬不易👍🏻👍🏻。

2025年全港空手道青少年大賽

啱啱嘅星期日有6位學員出賽，哩個post會先講講其中4位學員。佢哋喺今次比賽之後都有不同嘅感受，有哭過，有落寞過，因為佢哋都有想贏嘅心，但喺比賽中未有發揮出嚟而未能晉級，所以唔開心。不過教練睇到嘅唔係只有贏同輸，而係佢地有咩做得好。

峰峰打咗4場，其中有一場係最後0.5秒踢頭，反勝晉級，雖然最後銅牌戰2:2對手以先手取勝，但係教練見到佢每場都有想贏嘅決心，落後之下堅持追分；

杰杰喺首圈失利後，於復活賽回復狀態，重拾正確距離下做出進攻，上段踢，中段後手，掌握得好好；

Ethan 雖然先失兩分，但失分後嘅處理，如何壓迫對手、進攻前嘅set up、於一分鐘內做出數次上段踢腳，雖然多個進攻到最後只取得裁判嘅一支旗，但我哋睇到Ethan 嘅處理係成熟；

晉晉今次係佢第一次參加全港賽，自發性舉手報名，到踏上比賽蓆，哩個係一個成長同突破。

當然，比賽後教練都會同佢地檢討可以改善嘅地方，喺嚟緊嘅訓練改良，佢地聽到之後最後都有笑返。😈

2025年全港空手道青少年大賽

忙碌嘅三月，Raku小隊繼續出擊，輪到大師兄Luffy同嘉嘉師妹嘅組別。

大師兄Luffy於上屆屈居亞軍，經過一年時間嘅調整，無論技術、心態同身體質素都有所提升，於14-15歲 -57kg組別先後勝出5位選手，連續三年闖入決賽，今屆再次獲得冠軍。🏆

嘉嘉於首圈失利，先失一分後，積極搶分，踢出mawashigeri 緊接 uramawashi geri，可惜得一支旗，未能取分，最後一下中段踢追成2:2，但最終對手以先手勝出比賽。
