一日之中,健身室有兩個時段會變成另一個世界。
🌅 朝早 7 點
天啱啱光,器械仲帶住尋晚嘅涼意
得返跑步機喺度轉,同一個人做緊深蹲
靜到好似圖書館咁,但你聽到自己嘅呼吸
🌙 夜晚 11 點
城市開始靜落嚟,呢度仲著住燈
最後幾個各自各練自己
冇人趕時間,亦都冇人望住你
唔係「冇人嚟」
係「嚟咗嘅人,都有默契唔騷擾對方」
如果你啱啱收工
如果你啱啱起身
如果你只係想喺一個唔使講嘢嘅地方抖一個鐘
呢兩個時段,係留俾你哋嘅
其他時段?當然都有人練
只係熱鬧同靜,各有各好
During the day, two time slots at the gym turn into another world.
🌅 7 AM
The day has just broken, and the equipment still carries last night’s chill.
Only the treadmill keeps turning, along with someone doing squats.
It‘s as quiet as a library, yet you can hear your own breath.
🌙 11 PM
The city begins to quiet down, but the lights are still on here.
The last few people each train on their own.
No one is in a rush, and no one is watching you.
It’s not that ”nobody comes.“
It‘s that ”those who come have an unspoken agreement not to disturb each other.“
If you’ve just finished work,
If you‘ve just woken up,
If you just want a place where you don’t have to talk for an hour —
These two time slots are reserved for you.
Other hours? Of course, people still work out.
It‘s just that lively and quiet — each has its own charm.
