warm up 5 mins:
-run in place 1 mins
-stretch and lunge 1 mins
-butt kick 1 mins
-cross body toe touches 1 mins
-mountain climber 1 mins

Hiit (8set):
-sit up x 20 reps
-Burpees x 20 reps
-box jump x 15 reps
(If no box: squats in and out)
Why in 2 mins for 1 set
Rest : 1 min

Mainly(3set):
-High knees x 45s
rest 15s
-Russian twist x45s
rest 15s
-Leg rise x45s
rest 15s
-Hip rise x45s
rest 15
-Flutter kick x45s
rest 15
-Plank knees to elbow x45s
rest 15
-Chair sit up

-Seated in and out x45s
