After you exit Teflord Plaza through the bridge, follow the road directed towards Mega Box. Estimate of 5-6 min walk going straight until you reach Wang Chiu Road. We believe that fitness should be a part of everyone's daily routines. Exercising should be fun and easily accessible...which is why we are here. We all grew up having fun and staying active in places we can find everywhere, and that is our PLAYGROUNDS. We will guide you through simple exercises and workouts that you can do ANYWHERE, answer your QUESTIONS about health and fitness, and most importantly have FUN while staying FIT! Welcome to your FITNESS PLAYGROUND and remember, you are stronger than you think. Our mantra: What are we training for? If you are in Hong Kong and want to enjoy and healthier lifestyle don't hesitate to join us! We work out every sunday afternoon, or you can leave us a comment or send us a private message, we would be more than glad to answer any questions, help, or guide you with anything health and fitness related.
