Crux Climbing We provide kid climbing training in cooperation with Institute of Human Performance, HKU. Not sure your little one is ready?

We also lead outdoor rock climbing trips for both budding climbers and adults at different climbing sites around Hong Kong. Partnering with HKU’s Institute of Human Performance, Crux Pro introduces rock climbing to kids at 6 or order right - when they are ready to learn how to position and place their arms and legs to move across the wall effectively. ry Monday are held at Stanley Ho Sports Centre, Sandy Bay, where the university team trains every week. Youth classes for kids who want to grow into an advanced climber every Friday at the same sports center. Drop by and arrange to take an free assessment! These classes are for children aged 5 to 14 years old on the 16m high climbing wall.

Class details:
Age: 5-14 years old
Period: 2nd September to 14th December
Schedule: afternoon on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays; morning on Saturdays
Focus: development strength and coordination through climbing
