上年都把心思放在工作上，未來一年希望多點時間放在學習方面。 也跟朋友多點見面。不知不覺又潛了一年水，在朋友圈內消失了（笑）

有時候，一個簡單嘅工具
都可以帶嚟唔一樣嘅創作靈感💗

喺《鬥煮對對碰》EP28
比賽題目：只用「打蛋器」完成一道料理
今次我做咗——
《鹹蛋黃 Crème Brûlée Toast》✨

外層係焦糖脆殼
輕輕一敲就碎開
入面係鹹香細膩嘅層次
甜與鹹之間，剛剛好

之前在網上看過這款甜品的食譜，
但這次我決定——加以改良與升級🔥

在《鬥煮對對碰》中，
以便利店食材，在20分鐘內完成
焦糖餅乾乳酪蛋糕 🍰

從材料到做法均重新調整，
令口感更為順滑，層次更加分明。

然而在限時壓力之下，
整個過程亦相當緊張刺激。

如果將這道甜品放在餐廳餐單上，
你會想嘗試嗎？💙
