Sport has always been part of our identity — a pursuit of excellence and a powerful platform for growth, learning, and empowerment.
Since 2022, we have proudly partnered with the 中國香港滑浪風帆會Windsurfing Association of Hong Kong, China, with our Marina supporting seven championship events to date. Earlier this year, we further strengthened this commitment by appointing elite windsurfers Cheng Ching-yin and Ma Kwan-ching as Marina Ambassadors, supporting their athletic journey while inspiring the next generation in our community.
We are delighted to welcome the Association’s Asian Games “Meet the Media” event to the Club for the first time, and extend our best wishes to the four Hong Kong athletes competing in the iQFOiL windsurfing event at the Nagoya Asian Games this September.

體育是本會歷久彌新的核心價值，不僅代表追求卓越，更是推動成長、學習與自我提升的平台。
自 2022 年起，清水灣與中國香港滑浪風帆會攜手合作，先後七次於本會遊艇會舉辦錦標賽。今年年初，本會更委任「風之隊」大師兄鄭清然及大師姐馬君正出任「遊艇會大使」，支持本地並由本會遊艇會運動員發展，同時鼓勵他們啟發年輕的運動。
我們很高興首次支持中國香港滑浪風帆會於本會舉辦亞運會「傳媒見面會」，並衷心祝願四位中國香港隊代表出戰今年 9 月名古屋亞運會 iQFOiL 滑浪風帆項目的運動員旗開得勝，為港爭光！

The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club Charitable Foundation Donor Appreciation Tea Gathering

On July 25, we held a tea gathering to express our heartfelt gratitude to our generous donors for their support over the past two years. Representatives from beneficiary organizations—Christian Action, SideBySide, Plan International Hong Kong, Sai Kung District Community Centre, and GDCD Association—shared their inspiring updates and thanked everyone for their contributions.

Each donor received a potted plant as a symbol of growth and hope.

We are committed to empowering youth through sports and creating a more inclusive and sustainable community!

August brings a vibrant taste of summer to our dining venues, with seasonal highlights including goat’s cheese and watermelon salad at Oasis and the pork and kimchi burger at Horizons.

For something more indulgent, our popular carvery lunch and Sunday roast remain hearty favourites. At Ocean View, the Chinese dinner set menu is ideal for gatherings, while Chef’s Table teppanyaki lunch and the seafood and bubbly menus offer refined choices for business occasions and celebrations.

Wong defeats Brooksby to crack top 100

Needing a win in the Los Cabos Open quarterfinals to cement his place as the first player from Hong Kong to crack the top 100, Wong Chak Lam,Coleman黃澤林 did not disappoint, as he broke world No. 77 Jenson Brooksby (USA) three times and saved all 4 break points he faced to prevail 6-1 7-5. The HK rep also advanced to the semifinals of an ATP 250 event for the first time in his career where he will next face 127th-ranked Arthur Gea, who upset No. 3 seed Francisco Cerundolo 6-7(11) 6-4 6-0.

黃澤林在墨西哥舉行的 ATP 250 巡迴賽洛斯卡波斯公開賽八強不但成功瓦解四個破發分，更三破世界排名 77 的 Jenson Brooksby，以 6-1 7-5 晉級職業生涯第一個準決賽。下一場將會對以 6-7(11) 6-4 6-0 淘汰 3 號種子 Francisco Cerundolo 、世界排名 127 的法國球手 Arthur Gea。憑着今日一仗，黃澤林亦成為歷史上首個躋身世界排名前 100 位的香港球手。
