Meet Mi Ngan M , one of our founding team instructors! 🫶🏻 As an experienced Gyrotonic and Pilates Instructor, she has quickly become a true favorite among our clients! ✨

Mi is someone who loves sports, she is also a fitness enthusiast. She usually focuses on posture correction and helping her students achieve a more perfect figure. Christy began her Pilates journey during COVID, initially as a way to stay active at home. She later discovered Reformer Pilates and was instantly drawn to the added resistance it brought, offering a dynamic challenge that reminded her of her favourite gym workouts. With a deep appreciation for mindful movement, Christy focuses on the activation of smaller muscle groups and curates sequences filled with varied and intentional exercises. Her classes are energetic, uplifting, and designed to push you just the right amount.
