今次參加 Sailability Hong Kong香港航能 I NGO I InclusiveSailing共融性帆船運動 Sailability 香港航能舉辦帆船體驗活動。它們是慈善機構，一直透過帆船鼓勵不同能力的背景感受帆船自由同樂趣。

真心欣賞 Sailability 及一班熱心的義工，令更多人有機會踏上海面，體驗帆船帶來的自在和可能性。

Even on one leg, I can still go out and sail. ⛵️

I joined a sailing experience with Sailability Hong Kong. They are a charity that encourages people of different abilities and backgrounds to experience the freedom and joy of sailing.

I truly admire the meaningful work of Sailability and their dedicated volunteers, who make it possible for more people to get out on the water and experience the freedom and possibilities ⛵️
