我向那個總要堅強的「假我」告別。多年來，我把「有需要」等同於「成為別人的負擔」，於是不停付出，卻忽略了自己真正的需要。
如今，我容許內心的感受繼續發亮，並且愈來愈明亮。

I’m saying goodbye to the “false self” that always had to be strong. For years, I equated having needs with becoming a burden to others—so I kept giving, and forgot what I truly needed.

Now, I’m allowing what I feel inside to keep shining—and to grow brighter and brighter.
