Last Month(17July) at the SFC office, more than 50 parents and kids experienced the joy of moving together.

在GM pilateshape 出汗（靚汗）與傳統桑拿的主要區別在於「發熱原理」與「排汗深度」的不同。

The main difference between sweating in and traditional sauna is the difference between the “heating principle” and the “sweating depth”.

We are the first comprehensive studio in Hong Kong that combines (near-infrared), (electrical muscle stimulation), (pulsed electromagnetic field) and Pilates equipment.

Why wait 1+ hour to shower after our class with NIR panel on?
