Dragon Style - Street Workout of Hong Kong 希望把Street Workout帶到香港，讓更多人了解和加入這項運動，分享所有香港?

這是一種現代的，獨特的健身方式。
源於上世紀90年代，興起於俄羅斯捷克等地。
現今已在世界各大洲都發起了很多Street Workout愛好者團體。
和酷跑之類的運動一樣，Street Workout也屬於極限運動的一種。
雖稱之為街頭戶外但運動地點並無限制，從家中，街道到隨處可以找到的公園空地，
利用隨手可得的器械（公園健身器械或欄杆），
以堅持不懈的努力來改進身體和精神力量，也被稱為“遊戲鍛煉”。
Street Workout以“無人無處不可鍛煉”為中心思想。
是任何人都可以參與的健身方式。在鍛煉中你會與朋友一起，
忘記生活中的煩惱，自由自在並一點一滴的享受自己身體素質提高的過程。
號召大家進行正確與健康的生活。還在鍛煉身體的同時給大家創造交流與結交朋友的機會。在
都市化濃重的現代社會中受到越來越多的年輕人的喜愛

Street workout is a physical activity performed mostly in outdoor parks or public facilities. Originating in Ancient Greece but became a popular movement in Russia, Eastern Europe and the United States, especially in New York City's urban neighborhoods, it is a combination of athletics, and sports. Street Workout is a modern name for bodyweight workouts in outdoor parks.
