技擊跆拳道會（以下簡稱本會）於一九九一年成立，為中國香港特別行政區政府註冊及認可之跆拳道組織。
本會為國技院（世界跆拳道總部）及香港跆拳道協會會員，直屬於跆拳道青濤館世界聯盟。本會致力推廣傳統跆拳道武術運動。學員從訓練中學習「以禮始、以禮終」的跆拳道武德，培養「終身運動」的熱誠，達致心身健康成長。
本會學員經本會考核、推薦，可申請世界跆拳道聯盟、國技院（世界跆拳道總部）、香港跆拳道協會和跆拳道青濤館世界聯盟等機構簽發世界性認可之証書。合資格的學員更可以代表本會參與上述組織所舉辦之比賽、課程及研究活動，考取有關資歷。
Advanced Tae Kwon Do Association, the registered Tae Kwon Do organizations in HKSAR, was established in 1991. We are the members of Kukkiw
on (World Tae Kwon Do Headquarters) and Hong Kong Tae Kwon Do Association, directly affiliated to The World Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan Federation. The trainees can learn the Tae Kwon Do morality - "The beginning of the ceremony to the final ceremony" in the training. They can also cultivate the enthusiasm of “Lifetime learning sport” which achieve their physical and mental development. Through our assessment and recommendation, the trainees can apply for the worldwide certificates which are issued by World Tae Kwon Do Federation, Kukkiwon (World Tae Kwon Do Headquarters), Hong Kong Tae Kwon Do Association and The World Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan Federation. Eligible trainees can also participate on behalf of our Association in the competition and programs held by the above-mentioned organizations, to obtain the relevant qualifications.
