這是一個很受歡迎的動作，但我認為這是應用多於訓練，當基本功紮實了，自然可以順利地完成這個動作。 其實課堂大部分時間我和學生是在練基本功😁
This is a much requested movement, but I think it's more about application than training, what you have all the basics solid, you naturally can deliver this movement smoothly. What I do in class most of the time is actually foundation work 😁
