香港跆拳道勵進會成立於1986年，為香港跆拳道協會屬會，學員可參與全港公 本會宗旨以推廣及發揚跆拳道運動為己任
強調「技術、品德、紀律」及
提倡「禮、義、克己、助人、百折不屈」的跆拳道精神 。
亦希望學員能透過練習跆拳道的過程中學習到課本外的知識，從中領略
「認真」「專心」「負責任」的做人本質。
