ESF Sport is the largest after-school sports provider in Hong Kong delivering sport regularly in over 20 locations on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. ESF’s convenient classes run straight after school and additional training, match play and leagues are available on Saturdays for those who can’t get enough.

After school sports programmes for all ages

ESF Sports is a specialist youth sports coaching organisation with experienced, qualified coaches delivering expert coaching across a range of sports. Our programmes develop children’s abilities from the moment they start a sport as a beginner and through to the advanced level and beyond where they can participate at competitive level in one of ESF Sports successful squads and academies.

Our programmes include basketball, football, netball, swimming, Multi Sports, gymnastics, kung fu, tennis and sports camps. Children 2 years and above can start developing fundamental sporting skills in Multi Sports and transitioning to a mainstream sport at the age of 4 or 5, depending on the sport.
