中國香港啦啦隊總會成立的初心，源於逆境中的希望。沙士疫情後，一群關心青少年成長、深信體育力量的有心人士開始籌備，並於 2006 年正式成立本會。

本會致力推動啦啦隊運動發展，為青少年及不同年齡層參加者建立正面、健康及具凝聚力的體育文化。啦啦隊不僅是競技運動，更是培養紀律、團隊精神、自信與互相支持的重要平台。

多年來，本會積極參與國際、亞洲及國家的啦啦隊發展，同時策劃本地比賽、訓練及推廣活動，培育本地運動人才，並派隊參與國際賽事。
正能量由運動場延伸至社會，為香港注入持續向上的力量。

Ready to step onto the world stage of cheerleading? The registration for Phase 1 of the "Hong Kong Cheer Dance Junior Training Programme 2026" by the Cheerleading Federation of Hong Kong, China is closing soon! We are dedicated to identifying potential athletes, providing systematic instruction in competitive cheerleading and cheer dance techniques, and preparing them for performance and competitions.
Places are limited. Seize the opportunity and register early!

Target Group: Youth aged 6 to 18
Time: Every Saturday, 14:00 - 16:00
Venue: Lung Kong World Federation School Limited Lau Wong Fat Secondary School (66 Sycamore Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon)

Phase 1: 3, 10, 17, 24 Oct; 7, 14, 21, 28 Nov 2026 (8 lessons)

想更深入了解啦啦隊比賽的評分標準？無論是教練還是運動員，掌握裁判的視角都能為日常訓練和比賽策略帶來突破性的提升！精準掌握評分要求，能讓訓練更有方向，讓賽場表現更上一層樓。

中國香港啦啦隊總會(CFHK)即將舉辦「一級裁判員課程」，歡迎年滿18歲或以上的人士報名。完成課程及考試合格後，將取得認可的一級裁判員資格，可擔任本會主辦的資格賽裁判，並可進一步進修以獲得擔任國際賽事裁判的資格。(本會稍後或會舉辦ICU國際裁判班，敬請期待。)

[Judge Course Enrollment] Elevate Your Professional Perspective, Starting with the Scoring Criteria!

Want to understand cheerleading competition scoring from the inside out? For both coaches and athletes, mastering the judge's perspective can bring a breakthrough to training and competition strategies! Grasping the scoring requirements precisely gives training a clearer direction and elevates performance on the field.

The Cheerleading Federation of Hong Kong China (CFHK) is now enrolling participants for our Level 1 Judge Course. Open to individuals aged 18 or above. Upon successful completion of the course and examination, participants will obtain a recognized Level 1 Judge qualification, eligible to officiate at qualifying competitions hosted by CFHK, and can pursue further training to qualify for international events. (CFHK may organize an ICU International Judge Course in the future. Stay tuned.)

📅 Flexible Options for Everyone
Dates: August 21–26, 2026 (Choose between a "2-Day-1-Night" package or longer; all sessions start on Aug 21).
Location: Shenzhen or Foshan (TBC).
Eligibility: Ages 8 and above.
Accommodation: Athletes must stay in the official camp accommodation. Parents can choose to stay with the camp or make their own arrangements. Parents only need to drop off athletes on Day 1 and pick them up on the final day—no need to stay during the camp.

Early Bird Deadline: Register before 17:00 on July 12, 2026, to enjoy a 10% discount on the 6-Day-5-Night training program (accommodation and meals excluded).
