Come and try something new! Beginners adult capoeira classes starting in Sai Kung and Tai Wo. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines dance, music, and acrobatics. It is amazing for developing all-around strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise.

Monday's Sai Kung 7-8 - Wai Man park (opposite the swimming pool)
