Our 2-hour Boot Camps are designed for beginner & intermediate players, and supervised by experienced coaches and star players who play in the Hong Kong Dodgeball League. Never tried dodgeball before? Our Beginners Boot Camp will give you the rundown on throwing and catching, as well as basic team strategy and rules of the game. Want to improve as a player and get to the next level? Try our Interm

ediates Boot Camp which will train your physical and mental abilities on court. We also offer specially designed private Boot Camps for social clubs, schools, corporate, and group parties.
