雖然手術+車禍+骨裂+甩骹etc 停止做帶氧運動7年😮‍💨
重點:腰痛3年仲一直痛 阻礙我做重訓+帶氧!

After surgery and car accident !! It was 7 Years.....
When I decide to do Hyrox 2026!
So many people are asking me !! Single ?!
I would like to😌
But my knees and ankle also my main issue of lower back still recovering..... my physio said No! Only Mixed Double !!
Ok let's Go!
First Run!! Even lower back pain !! Doesn't stopping me!
I Believe Day by day!! Early practice ! Determination!
I Will Be Amazing 🤩
受傷後7年重新作戰! 30分鐘4.6公里!個個都話掂!
雖然一跑撞車果位腰劇痛! 但一定會好起來!
