Animal Flow Mentorship returns to beautiful Bali - November 8-15, 2026
Open to anyone who has taken the Level 1 workshop, this week-long Animal Flow immersion is your opportunity to train directly with me and our Master Instructor Team, pushing your practice further than ever before. Youâll dive into science-based lectures, movement sessions, intensive Flow practice, epic adventures, and unforgettable community connectionsâall designed to elevate your skills and transform your understanding of the Animal Flow system. Mentorships are designed for all levels, from brand new L1 students to highly advanced practitioners.
Weâre excited to be returning to the beautiful Komune Resort in Keramas Bali. The health and fitness compound is located on a black sand beach with its stunning views, amazing staff, and world class facilities. Komune is one of our favorite venues for Animal Flow! Between Flow sessions, youâll have ample opportunity to eat delicious food, book time in the spa, and check out the brand new Recovery Center. Youâll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and maybe a little exhausted.
